Our hope is to  eliminate your concerns relating to whether we’ll deliver the results and the quality you’re expecting. If you don’t know us then you’ve got good reason to be shy, it takes time to build trust.

Here’s what is covered in our Guarantee;

  • If we don’t produce the result, as agreed in writing you don’t pay for that task.
  • If we don’t complete the task by the deadline, as agreed in writing then you don’t pay for that task.
  • If we don’t advise you of an additional cost before it occurs, like a variation then you don’t pay for that task/item.

What is not covered in our Guarantee;

  • If you change your mind or modify any part of the scope, without letting us know, after we’ve started working on the job.
  • Omit, cherry pick or ignore any aspect of our advice, support or implementation recommendations.
  • Work not completed by us, due to support requests from you that are against the law, unethical or breaches our Company Values.

We’re committed to doing the right thing by you, and will actively discuss any concerns we may have with your requests as they arise. If at any time you’re not 100% satisfied with our customer service or quality of work, just let us know, and we’ll work to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
